| If you ordered your products through the Lexmark Store or one of our online business catalogs online or by phone, you have received an email confirming your purchase. A confirmation number is contained in that email. Locate your confirmation number. Now just return to the Order Status form for Online and Phone Orders and type that into the Online Confirmation Number box provided. Press the Get Status button, wait a few seconds, and you will have the status of your order. |

Lexmark provides three different ways to get the status of your fax or EDI order. For the security of your orders, Lexmark requires that you have your Lexmark Customer Number handy.
To retrieve the status of a particular order, enter your Customer Number and Order Number in the fields provided and press Get Status. The detailed status of your order will be retrieved.
To see a list of all your orders, enter only your Customer Number and press Get Status. You will be presented with a list of all your orders and the dates they were processed. Simply find the order you would like the status of, and press Details.
To see a list of all your orders that were billed to a particular Purchase Order, enter your Customer Number and Purchase Order Number in the fields provided, and press Get Status. You will be presented with a list of associated orders and the dates they were processed. Simply find the order you would like the status of, and press Details.
Now return to the order status form to retrieve your order status. There is a form available that will allow you to find your information using one customer number or multiple customer numbers. |
